Gina + Lobster

Friday night Dana's then fiancee's family hosted their rehearsal dinner at Legal Sea Foods in Boston's Copley Place.

One of our options for dinner was a whole steamed lobster. So, of course, that's what I ordered! After tearing into it, ripping the claws off, cracking them open for the meat then pulling each leg off and sucking the meat out, then opening up the thorax and eating the liver and finally devouring the tail - I'm pretty sure Mike will never look at me the same away again. I wasn't dainty, I wasn't delicate. I wanted to get every single piece of meat out of that lobster, which, by the way, was amazing.

Oh - the rest of the meal was fantastic too! Clam chowder was up first - rich and creamy with big pieces of clams and potatoes. Lobster of course for my entree and then rich chocolate cake for dessert.
But let's be serious, the lobster was the star of the show!Plus, who doesn't love a lobster bib?!

Thank you Liz for sharing your picture of me!
